We will act as your official key-holder and carry out an individual property inspection every month, making the following checks. Ensuring that you have peace of mind, knowing that your investment property is being well looked after and cared for.

Security check on all doors, windows and alarm system.

Look for damp, mould and infestations (inside and out).

Flush sanitary fittings and air the property to prevent any bad odors.

Check for leaks, cracks and weather damage.

Check that the boiler, air-conditioners, electrical appliances and lighting work properly.

Payment of all utility bills.

Once the property is let

Creating all the necessary paperwork

Collecting the rent

Dealing with all your tenants enquiries

Overseeing maintenance issues

Dealing with the eventual departure of your tenants

To find you with replacement tenants

Keeping in contact with you at all times

Providing you with detailed reports

Arranging Insurance if required

Our fees start at 550 euros per annum plus VAT. Full written quotation available upon request.
